Finding a home in our limited price range was very difficult for our family.  Chad Kamp was extremely patient as we sorted through the information.  He was thorough and honest.  We trusted Chad’s judgment completely.  When Chad said a home was not worth looking at, we had great confidence that he knew what he was talking about.  He took the time to explain every step of the buying process.  At the end of the whole process, we considered Chad to be a family friend.  And we still do.

It was after the big housing boon in phoenix when we decided to approach Chad to help sell our home and move out of state.   We were pleasantly surprised to hear how much he thought our home was worth.  We put the home on the market and eventually received an offer.  We were half way across the country in a moving truck, when we received the dreaded call.  The buyer was having marital problems and decided not to purchase the home.  Chad was very professional and upbeat when he broke this news to us.  He was calm, confident and assuring as he presented this heart wrenching news to us.  In a relatively short amount of time Chad was able to bring another offer to us which we ultimately closed on.  Chad’s honesty, courteousness, diligence, compassion, was a great comfort during a difficult time.  We have no reservation of referring any of our family or friends that remain in the area to utilize his services. We truly wish he were here in Tennessee to help us find our next home.

We moved to the Valley of the Sun from Salt Lake City in July of 2001 and had hoped to be able to buy a house at that time. Chad’s mother, Donna Kamp had spent three full days showing various homes to us and then we had to tell her our home sale in Utah was not going well and we would not be able to buy at that time. Donna went well beyond the extra mile to help us in locating a new school, church, and in helping with new utility services when we had moved here initially and we never forgot her time, of which she was never compensated. In April of this year when we had a substantial increase in salary, we finally decided it was time to look for a new home again. Our son, Samuel went on the internet, found Donna Kamp, and we again contacted her. She was very upfront in letting us know that she was fighting cancer but wanted to be there to help us regardless. She brought in her son and introduced us right away.  Donna & Chad had been working together as mother and son for a couple years and while Donna was the one who showed us the homes, it was Chad who handled all of the paperwork and made sure everything flowed smoothly. We were very impressed with their teamwork. We made an offer on a house and were able to close in only 21 days thanks in large part to Chad’s help in moving the paperwork along quickly.  Chad was extremely patient, always prompt, and went the extra mile for us. Chad stepped in to assist us in finalizing the sale when his mom was unavailable, making sure all the paperwork was taken care of, and gave strict attention to every detail. Despite his own family obligations and personal tragedy of losing his mom (shortly after our sale was completed), he still carried through in a gracious and professional manner. Because of his integrity, honesty and commitment in representing us, we are homeowners today. We couldn’t be happier and would heartily recommend his services to any one.

Our only property that we ever bought was through Chad.  We either needed to find affordable acreage with a decent mobile home on it or vacant land to have a trailer installed.  Of course we were unable to find any affordable established homes and even vacant land that would fit our needs.  While driving around Maricopa we saw an area that we liked, but all the manufactured homes were out of our price range or run down.  We were very frustrated at that fact and thought we would never be able to buy or home or land.  Chad seemed confident that he would be able to find someone willing to sell their
vacant land not currently listed.  At first Chad found an investor in Glendale who said they might be interested in selling.  After several weeks of following up with them, they decided they didn’t want to sell.  During this time, unbeknownst to us, Chad continued his search for property owners interested in selling.  Afterwards he informed us the reason he continued his search for a seller was that if someone truly wanted to sell they would not take 3 weeks to decide to sell when there is a viable buyer showing interest.  Ultimately, and we don’t know how he ever did it, but he tracked a property owner down that was willing to sell.  The property owner had moved across the country from Chandler to Washington, then to Oregon, then down to Yuma.  Chad was able to contact this individual and with in 1 weeks we were under contract to purchase a 3 1/3 acre piece of property.   Escrow went very smoothly on the land deal.  Chad’s job should’ve been done.  When we started experiencing problems with the mobile home dealer Chad was still available to  assist us.  As far as I’m concerned, I seriously doubt there would have been another realtor that would have gotten us into this property as quickly and effortlessly as Chad.  I definitely have not hesitated in referring anyone to Chad whether they are buying vacant land, home, rentals, or investment property.  You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone as honest or hard working to guide you through the process.
